Our entire stack is written in Python and hosted on Linux VMs. Developers manage their own services end-to-end, following shared standards.
Everyone is free to use whatever tools best suit the problem—provided it’s discussed with the team first.
Given the volatility of the AI landscape, we consider information sharing across the team is absolutely essential.
Our team is currently fully remote, but we’re transitioning to a hybrid model at our Tokyo office later this year.
Requirements
We don’t have strict requirements around years of experience. However, if you’re applying, you should have:
- Production Python experience. Whether you’ve used it professionally or built your own products, you’ve coded something that’s needed to scale with user activity.
- Familiarity with stock trading. You understand the mechanics of trading, have worked with buy/sell signals, can interpret SEC filings, and have gained experience either professionally or through personal trading.
- AI and LLM experience. You have hands-on experience with LLMs and tools like LangChain, OpenAI’s Agent SDK, CrewAI, and MCPs, along with a strong interest in staying up to date with rapidly evolving AI tooling.
Compensation
6 to 10 million JPY annually.
