As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you will bridge the gap between development and operations, working to build robust infrastructure and optimize system performance. You will be instrumental in maintaining uptime, improving incident response processes, and ensuring seamless system scalability as we grow.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain highly reliable systems and infrastructure to support amptalk’s products and services.
- Develop monitoring, alerting, and incident management systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Automate infrastructure deployment and configuration using tools like AWS CloudFormation.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize deployment pipelines and ensure seamless CI/CD processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis for system failures and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Define and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) to ensure reliability goals are met.
- Improve system scalability to accommodate future growth by analyzing current infrastructure and identifying bottlenecks.
- Educate and mentor team members on best practices for infrastructure and system reliability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles.
- Strong expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools like Bash or Python.
Nice to haves

Compensation
