About the position

As a Product Manager at BeyondBrain, you’ll drive the vision, development, and launch of innovative AI-powered travel experiences. You’ll act as the key bridge between our technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring our products meet both customer expectations and business goals.

Your responsibilities will include defining product strategy, prioritizing roadmap items based on clear data-driven insights, collaborating closely with engineering, AI, and design teams, and ensuring the successful launch and continuous improvement of our products. You’ll have the opportunity to shape our strategic direction in the fast-growing AI travel industry, influencing how travelers around the world discover unique and personalized experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product strategy, aligning business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
  • Lead product lifecycle management, including ideation, roadmap creation, prioritization, development oversight, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, designers, data analysts, marketing, and stakeholders to deliver innovative, user-focused products.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and product positioning.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable tasks and user stories for development teams.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback, leveraging insights and analytics to continuously enhance product experience and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in software, digital platforms, or tech-related fields.
  • Proven track record managing end-to-end product development, from conceptualization through successful launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting user data, market research, and performance metrics to inform product decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Confluence).

Nice to haves

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in AI-driven products, travel/hospitality industry, or e-commerce.

Compensation

7 to 11 million JPY annually.
