In this role, you will be responsible for backend development of CADDi Drawer, building high-quality software by selecting optimal technologies and designing effective architectures.

Responsibilities
- Lead technology selection and architectural decision-making in a rapidly expanding service and organization.
- Develop backend applications with a focus on sustainable operability.
- Formulate and define technology strategies aligned with business objectives, and provide technical leadership within the development organization.
Requirements
- Experience leading development with technical expertise.
- Experience leading problem-solving efforts in product or project delivery.
- Fluent business-level communication skills in Japanese.

- Experience developing and operating backend web applications using statically typed languages (strongly preferred)
- Experience developing in Docker-native infrastructure environments (strongly preferred)

- Experience in development based on Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- Experience with strongly statically typed and functional programming languages such as Rust or Scala

Compensation
8.5 to 12 million JPY annually.
