Join us in developing our new B2B SaaS product, a next-generation groupware, workspace and enterprise security solution. As a QA Engineer, your role will involve assuring the application quality and leading the definition of quality criteria.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to plan and implement quality assurance initiatives
- Lead a team of quality assurance engineers
- Help HR managers hire new quality assurance engineers
- Planning of quality assurance strategy and automation strategies related to functional requirements for SaaS products
- Planning actual tests and managing product bugs and issues
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years experience as a QA engineer, with at least 5 years in a QA leadership position for B2B SaaS products
- Expertise in designing and executing testing: manual, automation, API testing
- Expertise in designing and implementing automated E2E testing (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, etc.)
- Expertise in Agile frameworks and regression testing
- Experience in making the QA strategy and creating the documentation about it
- Experience in leading or managing the QA team
- Excellent communication skills in English, along with a background in team-based B2B service development

Compensation
7.5 to 12 million JPY annually.
