About the position

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be in charge of two long-term projects with 6-10 developers in our matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

  • In each project your core responsibility would be to organise and coordinate the development team to ensure a steady velocity and that the project can meet the deadlines.
  • You will work closely with a Solution Manager from the business side to maintain the overall timeline, determine development scope, identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Together with Software Architects and developers you will define the technical approach to achieve client-facing functionality in a sustainable way.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management or leading software development teams.
  • Knowledge of software development workflows and principles.
  • Familiarity with Linux and containerisation.
  • Experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., C++, Python, or JavaScript).
  • Robotics experience or ROS knowledge is a big plus.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to break down complex processes and technical concepts.
  • Familiarity with Agile and the Scrum methodology.
  • Hands-on attitude and positivity to drive the projects forward while having fun.
