As CTO of Dreamly, you’ll lead our software development team and act as a technology and business consultant. Because you’ll frequently be speaking with our clients, you’ll need to be a fluent speaker of Japanese.
Your management responsibilities will include making executive technology decisions and managing budgets for our projects. You’ll also coach our teams, helping them reach their full potential.
For this position, you should have professional experience leading an agile software development team.
