About the position

The civil construction industry in Japan is facing a growing labor shortage, not only due to an aging workforce but also because of new work style reform regulations that took effect on April 1, 2024. In response, EARTHBRAIN is actively developing remote and autonomous operation solutions for construction machinery.

These solutions require not only systems that enable individual machines to operate remotely or autonomously, but also a centralized control system that coordinates multiple machines to ensure safe and efficient operations.

We welcome candidates who are excited about delivering innovative solutions at the intersection of software and hardware—and who are passionate about shaping the future of the civil construction industry through remote and autonomous technology.
