As a member of the cloud operations group, you will ensure the seamless operation of our cloud platform while empowering the product team with efficient, data-driven tools to enhance product development and business decisions. You will drive automation efforts, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to the design and maintenance of critical infrastructure systems.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain internal data visualization tools, including the company-wide billing dashboard and tools that help the product team visualize and analyze their data.
- Handle day-to-day operations on the cloud platform, ensuring smooth deployment and performance of company services.
- Analyze and streamline operational tasks, identifying opportunities for automation and reducing manual intervention.
- Collaborate with the product team to design and review cloud architecture, offering guidance and recommendations for improvements.
- Provide technical cloud infrastructure support to project teams, ensuring they have the resources they need to develop and deploy efficiently.
- Continuously monitor the performance of cloud infrastructure and services, making adjustments as needed to optimize efficiency and scalability.
- Mentor and guide team members, helping to elevate the team’s skills and knowledge base in cloud technologies, and develop your leadership skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE
- Experience with data analysis and data visualization
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash)
- Solid knowledge of AWS and best practices for building applications on AWS
- Experience in managing and developing large-scale orchestration systems like Kubernetes/ECS
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative team player
- Conversational Japanese (N2)
