You will be responsible for leading solution proposals from a technical perspective, primarily in sales activities targeting major enterprise clients, as well as managing a team of approximately 4 to 5 solution architects.
In addition to proposal activities, this position involves providing end-to-end support—from requirements definition, design, and development direction to implementation—ensuring smooth project management, fostering team members’ growth, and promoting team building, including recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Designing recruitment targets (defining desired candidate profiles and articulating required skill sets)
- Developing the hiring process (selection workflow, evaluation criteria, and interview structure)
- Providing comprehensive technical support for the Mico Engage AI implementation project, from proposal to deployment
- Identifying client issues, understanding existing system environments, and delivering optimal technical solutions
- Supporting upstream processes such as ER diagram and data structure design, as well as specification planning
- Managing team members, including development, goal setting, and performance evaluations
- Driving recruitment efforts including screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Collaborating and negotiating with other departments such as Sales, Customer Success, and Product
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Solution Architect, Pre-sales Engineer, or Software Engineer
- End-to-end project management experience—from proposal to release—for SaaS or IT solution implementation projects
- Proven track record of delivering technical proposals to large enterprise clients
- 3+ years of practical experience as a team leader or manager
- Experience in recruitment activities, including candidate screening and interviewing
- IT skills required for solution design (e.g., API integration, cloud, authentication, databases)
- Ability to create technical documentation such as ER diagrams and requirements definition documents
- Team management skills, including goal setting, performance evaluation, and team development
- Coordination and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of project management, including schedule, task, and risk management

Compensation
8 to 12 million JPY annually.
