Responsibilities
- In collaboration with the Account Sales team, study use cases and requirements of potential customers and perform fit-gap analysis on MODE’s solutions.
- In collaboration with other engineers in the Delivery Team, propose high-level solution design and implementation plans to customers. Draft statement of work (SoW) as part of the contracting process with customers.
- Supervise quality of the output of the Delivery Team and confirm acceptance by customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in system architecture design involving cloud-based services.
- 3+ years of experience in interfacing with enterprise customers on technical projects.
- 2+ years of experience in project and resource management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnels in Japanese (verbally and in writing)
Nice to haves
While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Javascript, Typescript, Go.
- Experience in launching and operating cloud services or applications on AWS.
Compensation
10 to 12 million JPY annually.
