As the frontend team of the cross-development organization (MFBC-CTO Office) responsible for the Business domain of the Money Forward Group, we address cross-cutting frontend challenges, including the construction and operation of a design system that serves as the foundation for UI development across services.
Through activities to expand the introduction of the design system to over 30 products, which have varying levels of technology and UI quality, we aim to improve basic qualities such as UI development productivity, consistency, and accessibility. Additionally, by strengthening collaboration with developers and designers from each team, we will enhance knowledge sharing and information dissemination related to frontend, thereby boosting the overall frontend development capabilities of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Building and operating the design system (Money Forward UI) for Money Forward Cloud
- Strengthening collaboration with engineers, designers, and PdMs of each product through the expansion of the design system
- Standardizing policies and processes in the frontend domain and UI development across MFBC
- Promoting accessibility improvements throughout the company
- Continuously sharing knowledge and disseminating information related to frontend technology
- Forming and activating the internal frontend engineer community
Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience as a web application engineer
- Over 3 years of experience using React and TypeScript professionally
- Deep understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Basic understanding of web accessibility

Compensation
6.408 to 10.008 million JPY annually.
