As a QA Process Engineer, our goal is to shape the future of digital banking in Japan, making it more user-friendly and accessible than ever before.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and establishing development and quality assurance processes to ensure quality assurance measures.
Responsibilities
- Formulating development (including CI/CD) and QA processes
- Planning test strategies, reporting defects, and making release decisions
- Planning, creating, and executing test cases for functional and non-functional requirements
Requirements
- QA or development experience (3+ years)
- Experience in formulating software development processes or QA processes
- Holder of ISTQB (including JSTQB) Foundation Level certification or equivalent knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in information processing or computer science, or equivalent knowledge
- Interest in communication within a global development environment, as development is conducted jointly with overseas locations, and English will be used in work situations (TOEIC or similar scores are not required at the time of joining)
- Business level Japanese (N2 or above)

Compensation
6 to 10 million JPY annually.
