We have successfully developed, “Untangle”, a unique set of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies to unravel the complex operational environment. To accelerate our product development, we are looking for a highly motivated professional who can proactively drive our design activities in our design team.
As part of our product design team, you will accelerate the development of mission critical products as well as contribute to the creation of new products and tools. Your mission will be creating products that will underpin the next era of flight.

Responsibilities
- UI design for multiple web apps, and native apps
- Interaction design and animation
- Work closely with Software Engineering Team and Science Team
- Facilitate and learn from extensive user research, including conducting user testing
- Build custom components and maintain a component library
- Take part in the development and application of a design language that spans marketing and the product design system
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience as a UI designer using Figma
- Understand the capabilities and constraints of design systems, including Material Design, MUI and Human Interface Guidelines
Nice to haves
While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following.
- Experience of using Sketch and Protopie
- Understand the capabilities and constraints of design systems, including carbon Design System
- Fluent in Japanese
- An understanding of Agile methodology
Compensation
Starting from 5 million JPY annually.
Negotiable based on your experience and ability.
