As a Tech Lead on the development team for the rapidly growing service Raksul Enterprise, which caters to large enterprises and mid-sized companies, you will take on a key leadership role, providing technical direction.

Responsibilities
- System Development Leadership: Lead the development of existing systems, making technical decisions and designing architectures to ensure mid-to-long-term product growth.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, business teams, and design teams, contributing to all phases of the product lifecycle—from user research to technology selection, design, implementation, QA, and maintenance.
- Global Communication: Facilitate seamless communication in English between engineering teams based in Japan and Vietnam, strengthening a globally distributed development structure.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create technical documentation and share information within the team to support smooth project execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of web application development experience
- Proven experience leading development as a Tech Lead
- System design and development experience using microservices or REST APIs
- Experience with multiple development frameworks (e.g., Ruby on Rails, Spring, Gin, Laravel)
- Frontend development experience using JavaScript frameworks and TypeScript
- Development experience in cloud environments like AWS or GCP
- Team development experience using Git/GitHub
- Experience with testing frameworks
- Experience managing quality during the development process
