We are hiring a Backend Engineer for our in-house SaaS product DECA, which delivers AI solutions in the marketing and advertising domain.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend systems and services
- Design and maintain RESTful APIs that support application functionality
- Optimize performance through effective database design and query optimization
- Implement robust security measures and data protection protocols
- Develop clean, maintainable, and reliable code
- Collaborate with multiple departments to drive integration and overall product quality
Requirements
- Backend development experience using Python and Node.js
- Knowledge of database design, operations, and performance tuning
- Experience building and operating systems in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese (for client communication)
Compensation
7 to 10 million JPY annually.
