We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our AI solutions company in the marketing and advertising space!
As a member of Resola’s engineering department, you will lead a talented team of engineers and drive the development of cutting-edge AI-powered marketing solutions. In addition to spearheading technical innovation, you will also play a key role in fostering a team culture that supports both innovation and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the engineering team based on the principles of servant leadership
- Support team growth and create an inclusive and comfortable working environment
- Define and manage the technical direction of projects while maintaining high quality standards
- Implement and manage engineering best practices and agile methodologies
- Collaborate with other departments to clarify project goals and drive their successful delivery
Requirements
- Leadership experience in AI or software development
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- 3+ years of hands-on development experience as an engineer
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese (for client interactions)
