We are looking for a Cloud Platform Engineer to join our pioneering AI solutions company in the marketing and advertising space.
As a core member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and operating our cloud infrastructure based on best practices in security, scalability, and efficiency.
In this role, you will gain advanced infrastructure design skills using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD practices, along with experience in designing and optimizing large-scale AWS environments. You’ll develop the expertise needed to maintain stable infrastructure operations and build essential security designs and operational processes to support product reliability. Through close collaboration with development teams, you’ll also strengthen your DevOps capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Manage and optimize AWS resources and services across multiple environments
- Build and operate monitoring, alerting, and logging systems
- Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
- Optimize infrastructure costs and resource usage
- Define security best practices and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure development
- Knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure best practices
- Familiarity with other cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP
- Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation
- Experience using CI/CD and DevOps tools
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese (for client communication)
Compensation
7 to 10 million JPY annually.
