We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who values servant leadership and technical excellence, and can drive AI solution projects toward success!

You will develop project management skills in a multinational, cross-functional team environment, and strengthen your ability to run technically driven projects based on agile practices and CI/CD principles. Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional internal teams using agile methodologies to deliver high-quality AI solutions
- Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration among client, engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish and maintain a stable project management framework aligned with our CI/CD practices
- Mentor and support team members in their professional growth and development
- Drive data-informed decision-making in project planning and execution
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in project management within AI or software development
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese (for client communication)
