About the position

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who values servant leadership and technical excellence, and can drive AI solution projects toward success!

In this role, you will gain valuable experience leading projects at the cutting edge of AI and marketing. You will develop project management skills in a multinational, cross-functional team environment, and strengthen your ability to run technically driven projects based on agile practices and CI/CD principles. You will also have the opportunity to grow as a people manager by supporting team development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional internal teams using agile methodologies to deliver high-quality AI solutions
  • Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration among client, engineering, product, and design teams
  • Establish and maintain a stable project management framework aligned with our CI/CD practices
  • Mentor and support team members in their professional growth and development
  • Drive data-informed decision-making in project planning and execution

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in project management within AI or software development
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese (for client communication)

Nice to haves

While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following.

  • Experience in development within cloud environments and familiarity with modern development practices

Compensation

8 to 10 million JPY annually.
