Responsibilities
- Building RESTful web applications
- Managing high complexity projects
- Writing documentation to help the rest of the team understand what you build and maintain
- Mentoring team members and reviewing their code
Requirements
- 3+ years professional development experience
- Experience with backend frameworks and libraries, such as Django, Elasticsearch
- Experience with container technologies, such as Docker
- Experience with RDBMS, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL
- Experience with CI/CD tools, such as GitHub Actions, Circle CI
- Experience with web service tools, such as REST, gRPC
Nice to haves

- Experience with developing services using machine learning technologies
- Experience with deep learning frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch
- Experience with network protocols and technologies, such as SIP, VoIP, WebRTC, WebSocket
- Experience in using AWS, GCP, Azure, Terraform
- Experience with integrating 3rd party applications, such as Salesforce
- Experience with communication tools, such as Slack, GitHub, Confluence, Asana
- Japanese ability
Compensation
7 to 12 million JPY annually (reassessed semi-annually) plus stock options.
