As we continue to innovate and expand our product lineup beyond our flagship product Sales Marker, we are seeking a dynamic and visionary Product Manager to drive the growth and evolution of our product portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our products, both existing and new, achieve and maintain a strong Product Market Fit (PMF). You will play a crucial role in guiding our products through their lifecycle, from ideation to market success, ensuring their continual improvement and substantial growth. You will deliver products to users while collaborating closely with the executive team, business line leaders, and the development team.
Responsibilities
- Formulate product vision, goals, and roadmap
- Drafting and prioritizing development tasks
- User interviews
- Requirement definitions
- Metrics design and data analysis
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in in-house web service product management
- Ability to create documents such as proposals and requirement definitions
- Experience working with engineers and designers
- Strong logical thinking and prioritization skills to deliver business values
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent Japanese language skills

Compensation
