You’ll be part of the Product team, working alongside the Lead Front-end Engineer and other team members (UX Designers, Backend Engineers, Test Engineers, etc.) to expand our product offering to both our customers – freelancers and companies.
Responsibilities
- Develop new user-facing features
- Develop new pages for marketing purposes
- Build reusable code and components
- Write clear documentation and clear pull requests
- Optimize application for maximum speed, scalability and security
- Write unit tests for components developed
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX and frontend development
- Experienced collaborating with teams of Engineers and a Project Manager throughout the design and development process
- Experienced in how to work as a group and can collaborate with other members of the team to write simple and scalable code
- Experienced with design tools like Figma
- Typescript, React.js, and CSS experience
Nice to haves

- Startup experience
- Familiarity with Japanese and working with the Japanese language in terms of design and development, including multi-language websites
- Understanding of advanced and more complicated examples of TypeScript typing
- Experience in coding while respecting code conventions and the use and configuration of Eslint and Prettier
- Experience in code testing (notably with Storybook, Jest, and/or Playwright)
- Experience in Continuous Integration setup and use in practice
- Experience with React Hooks
- Experience with I18n
- Experience with REST API interfaces
- Next JS experience
- UX Design experience
Compensation
¥4,800,000〜¥6,600,000 annually.
Compensation
4.8 to 6.6 million JPY annually.
