We are seeking a Senior Ruby Engineer to join our Core App Team. You will own the Core Application, a Ruby On Rails monolith fuelling all TableCheck core functionalities, maintaining its codebase as well as building new features.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance TableCheck’s core monolith app
- Perform code reviews and production releases
- Work in direct contact with our CTO, and define priorities
- Proactively engage with stakeholders, primarily in Product and Sales
- Create clear and concise documentation
- Interact and cooperate with other engineers from other teams
- Mentor and support other engineers, as the team grows
Requirements
- 5+ years Ruby on Rails
- 5+ years of MongoDB or PostgreSQL
Nice to haves

- Experience maintaining an application with a large user base and performing production releases
