As an IT Manager, you will be a vital part of the backoffice team, managing Tektome’s IT infrastructure, supporting internal operations, and ensuring compliance with security and certification requirements. This role emphasizes operational excellence and is ideal for someone who thrives in managing behind-the-scenes systems that drive organizational success.
Responsibilities
- Infrastructure & Operations Management:
- Maintain and oversee the company’s internal IT systems, including DNS namespace management.
- Support IT operations by ensuring optimal performance of hardware, software, and networks.
- Monitor and manage IT assets and ensure seamless operation across teams.
- Compliance & Certification:
- Lead SOC and ISO certification processes, ensuring adherence to international standards.
- Develop, document, and maintain IT policies and processes to support compliance.
- Support & Collaboration:
- Provide IT support to staff, troubleshooting issues and ensuring minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with other backoffice members to align IT operations with organizational needs.
- Security & Optimization:
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect internal systems and data.
- Optimize IT systems for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of IT infrastructure, certifications, and operational processes.
- Provide regular reports to leadership on system health, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT operations or infrastructure management.
- Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, SMTP, etc.)
- Strong expertise in managing DNS namespaces and domain configurations.
- Hands-on experience with SOC/ISO certification processes and compliance standards.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
