About the position

We are looking for a talented and passionate UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics, coupled with the ability to create user-friendly interfaces. You will collaborate closely with our product, development, and marketing teams to bring our vision to life.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop user interfaces (UI) for a new SaaS products utilizing AI technology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Collaborate with the front-end development team to oversee the implementation of designs.
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the design and usability of our products.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years UX/UI design experience, particularly with SaaS product
  • Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of basic front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Nice to haves

While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following.

  • Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a definite plus and something we would help nurture if you are interested in become a full stack designer
  • Knowledge of usability testing and user research methodologies.
  • Familiarity with agile development processes.
  • Ability to create animations and interactive prototypes.
