Responsibilities
- Lead the rollout in Japan and APAC, utilizing feedback from sales, customers, and global inputs to define, prioritize, and lead the success of necessary features and roadmaps.
- Strategically introduce cross-channel infrastructure including Mobile engagement (Firebase), LINE, and WhatsApp to expand engagement channels.
- Implement consistent customer experiences across channels using ML/AI technologies for personalization.
- Drive continuous product improvement and business growth through effective product management for Agentic Engage and Customer Data Platform
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering departments across multiple product areas for defining, creating PRDs, testing, maintaining, and evolving new features.
- Provide key expertise in engagement and AI to support Treasure Data’s Customer Success, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Support teams.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of new features and updates by applying agile methodologies.
- Create and update product documentation and relevant developer documentation.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience with enterprise martech SaaS product management or product development within customer engagement or marketing automation or customer data platforms.
- Ability to navigate technology and development decisions and trade-offs.
- Experience integrating AI and ML technologies in product development.
- Ability to prioritize development based on business value and customer needs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to understand complex technical issues.
- Analytical thinker who excels in solving complex problems and enhancing customer value and ROI.
- Proficiency in both Japanese and English languages to ensure effective communication across global teams.
