Responsibilities
- Provide support in the design, testing and implementation of engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team and assist in product development.
- Participate in code review, documentation and troubleshooting code.
- Maintain and improve system infrastructure.
- Engage and contribute in brainstorming and discussion sessions.
Requirements
- Education: No degree requirement. However, a degree is likely required if you need to obtain a Japanese working visa.
- Teamwork: Proven record of success working collaboratively within a team.
- Achievement: Accomplished something on your own.
- Quick to learn: Ability to proactively and autonomously learn across multiple fields.
- Coding experience: Experience in software development using Golang or Java.
- Infrastructure: Experience in software development using cloud infrastructure e.g, AWS, GCP or Azure.
- Conversational Japanese ability.
- You are passionate about financial markets.
- You are obsessed with customer feedback.
- You’re never tired of learning. You continue to learn the latest technologies as well as customer behavior to come up with decisions on how to build and scale.
