Streamlining property operations through technology
Our software suite, InterSection, is built to streamline property operations and improve the guest and tenant experience. Our applications include:
- A check-in app that allows guests to have a contactless and fuss-free arrival experience.
- A guest experience app that assists guests’ in-stay requests, allows them to connect with like-minded travelers, local neighbors and have a memorable experience.
- An admin app that ties everything together for Section L staff to better manage information, fulfill guests’ needs and oversee all aspects of guests experience at Section L.

A cash flow positive startup
Our real estate and hotel business provides us with a consistent cash flow that we can funnel back into the development of our tech products. Therefore in some ways, it is more stable than most startups.
Work partially remotely
While we don’t have an official remote work policy yet, we are pretty flexible and remote friendly. Right now, team members come into the office around three times per week. We are looking for someone who can regularly join us in person, so you should live within a commutable distance (or be willing to relocate to such a location).
