Responsibilities
- Conduct planning roadmap for security enhancement
- Measure security levels through multiple assessments
- Spearheading security enhancements initiatives
- Serves as security advisor for members and management team alike
- Collaborate with each team to promote security best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience as lead member within security domain
- Experience in managing compliance standards such as ISO27001
- Knowledge on frameworks suitable for assessing different security levels
- Experience in managing organizational security controls
- Experience in risk assessment
- Experience in managing vulnerability on cloud services
- Experience in managing system to handle security information and event
- Experience in security enhancement on network and infra
- Communicate effectively under pressure in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Continuous learning and improvement mindset
Nice to haves

- Hands on experience maintenance and operation on PCI
- Hands on enhancing cloud security with GCP
- Hands on adopting GDPR or CCPA something like those foreign security standard
- Being able to communicate by Japanese
Compensation
8M - 12M JPY annually.
Compensation
¥8,000,000 ~ ¥12,000,000 annually.
