About the position

As our Recruiting Manager, you will lead the global hiring efforts for AIRoA, driving the full spectrum of recruitment activities — from strategy design to execution. You will play a key role in shaping the organization’s growth during its critical expansion phase, managing both domestic and international recruitment initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the global hiring strategy aligned with AIRoA’s organizational goals
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Conduct direct sourcing and outreach via BizReach, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Plan and execute recruitment events, job fairs, and networking initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen employer branding and recruitment marketing
  • Coordinate with HR and labor management teams on hiring policies and compliance

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition strategies
  • Business-level Japanese and English proficiency (spoken and written) — required
  • Fluent Japanese communication skills for coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work on-site in Tokyo (remote work not available)
