About the position

You will be responsible for our company’s amptalk AI technology, focusing on the development and proof of concept for machine learning models in the areas of speech and natural language.

Rather than researching the latest technology, our main focus is on delivering good products quickly, with a focus on providing value to users. This means we consider using external ML APIs, in addition to models developed in-house.

Responsibilities

  • Creating proof of concept ML models
  • Improving the accuracy of existing models
  • Backend development to serve ML models in production environments

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience developing ML models for speech recognition.
  • 1+ years of experience developing backend systems using ML models
  • Business level Japanese ability

Nice to haves

While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following.

  • Backend development experience using TypeScript
  • Speech recognition and NLP experience
  • Experience in building MLOps
  • Kaggle experience

Compensation

5 to 8.5 million JPY annually.
