You will work on LLM-centered products in the sales domain and lead the design and development of LLM-based features.

Responsibilities
- Identify technical challenges and user value based on real user problems
- Define technical approaches, including:
- Model selection
- Prompt design strategy
- RAG and tool usage strategies
- Evaluation metrics and criteria
- Conduct local experiments to validate and compare technical approaches
- Implement features in production when necessary
- Design evaluation processes, guardrails, continuous improvement mechanisms, and logging systems to address the inherent uncertainty of LLMs
- Build and improve monitoring and operational frameworks to ensure quality
- Stay up to date with AI agent technologies and the latest research papers, and share insights with the team
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience developing products as a software engineer
- Experience developing LLM applications (professional or personal)
- Strong interest in machine learning and LLMs
- Hands-on mindset when learning new technologies
- Business-level Japanese reading and writing ability (equivalent to JLPT N1)
Nice to haves

Compensation
¥6,480,000 ~ ¥10,080,000 annually.
