The SalesTech Business Segment, which this role sits within, was established in April 2024 with the mission of driving the fundamental evolution of sales through AI — making sales activities more efficient and maximizing outcomes.
To provide end-to-end support across the entire sales value chain, we are actively developing and scaling multiple products under a multi-product strategy, including the following. We also combine these with our other offerings (such as exaBase Generative AI and exaBase Studio) to deliver tailored solutions that meet each customer’s needs.
You will serve as the UI/UX Designer for either exaBase Roleplay or exaBase Sales Agent.
Responsibilities
- Defining the ideal user experience (UX) that addresses user pain points and ensuring interface quality throughout the product development process
- Creating prototypes and conducting ongoing UX validation based on user stories and research
- Expanding the design system and establishing sustainable operational processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience for web or mobile applications
- Ability to design for edge cases, independently handling error states, loading states, empty states, and other non-happy-path scenarios
- Experience building flexible, adaptive UI components using Figma Auto Layout that aren’t dependent on fixed text lengths
- Strong communication skills for working with engineering teams, able to confirm technical feasibility with engineers and propose alternatives when constraints arise
Nice to haves
While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following.
- Experience designing complex, data-rich products such as SaaS platforms or dashboards
- Familiarity with LLMs like ChatGPT or Claude, with a genuine interest in how AI works and its practical constraints (e.g., latency)
- A habit of proactively using generative AI tools for research, ideation, or streamlining your own workflow
- Experience building and maintaining a design system
Compensation
¥7,080,000 ~ ¥9,000,000 annually.
