Examples of Products You Will Be Involved With
exaBase Generative AI: This product supports over 800 organizations and 83,000 users, including major corporations, local governments, and public institutions. With reliable security and ease of operation, it streamlines tasks in the business field. It has features such as minutes creation from audio data, image generation, prohibited word registration and user log accumulation, enabling monitoring of company-wide usage, cost control, and user account management.
Daredemo Automation: This product was released in beta on June 4, 2025, it allows users to create RPAs (Robotic Process Automation) simply by interacting with the screen or providing text instructions. This AI solution quickly adapts to changes in operations and automatically adjusts to UI modifications, enabling low-maintenance RPA deployment. Users can easily create and maintain their custom RPAs anytime.
Buddy Agent: This service is a solution designed for efficient management of multiple AI agents. It enables organizations to streamline their operations by coordinating and overseeing various AI agents effectively.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for leading the development of our AI generation products as a tech lead. The team itself has many international members, and so a global perspective will be valuable.
- As this is a startup in its launch phase, you will handle a broad range of areas including backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure.
- You may also have the opportunity to lead the launch of new products, in addition to managing existing ones.
Requirements
- Experience in leading a development team, or a similar role.
- More than 3 years of experience in developing web or mobile applications
- Passionate about delivering high-quality products that users love and continue to use
- Basic knowledge of networks and databases
- Basic knowledge of algorithms and data structures
- Currently residing in Japan and living within a commutable distance to the Tokyo office
- Development experience in a business company
- N2 level or higher Japanese skills
Compensation
¥8,040,000 ~ ¥12,000,000 annually.
