As a Software Engineer for our global product, “LegalOn”, you will build the “Legal Success Platform” to support a wide range of corporate legal operations (contracts, governance, research, internal Q&A, etc.) through new feature development and ongoing maintenance. You will actively engage in solving challenges that arise while shaping “LegalOn” - an unprecedented product -, going beyond technical domains to drive customer value creation.

Responsibilities
- Evolve the “Legal Success Platform” by developing new features and continuously improving “LegalOn”
- Construct and refine development workflows centered on AI
- Identify peripheral challenges necessary for creating customer value and address issues beyond your assigned domain
- Drive continuous improvements to enhance quality, maintainability, operability, and productivity
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in web application development
- 3+ years of experience in either web frontend or backend development
- 6+ months of experience in development using AI Agents
- Experience in development premised on the operation of automated testing
- Experience in asynchronous team development using distributed platforms such as Git and GitHub
- N2-level equivalent Japanese proficiency and fluent English communication skills (both online and offline)

- Practical experience with Harness / Prompt Engineering
- Experience in building workflows centered on AI
- Experience in operating and maintaining a single product for 3+ years as a Lead Engineer or Architect

Compensation
¥8,200,000 ~ ¥15,000,000 annually.
