Policies

Remote Work
  • We have an office in Nakameguro that is open to all.
  • However, our company thrives on a fully remote work model, allowing our team the flexibility to work from any location in Japan (with exceptions for certain meetings/events).
Holidays
  • National holidays and New Year’s holidays.
  • Annual leave starting at 12 days per year, increasing annually (the exact initial number depends on which month you start in).
  • 5 days of sick leave.
  • 1 day of birthday leave.
  • Special leave for significant life events and bereavement.
Working Hours
  • A flex-time system with core hours of 11:00 - 16:00.
Relocation Support
  • Even if you aren’t currently based in Japan, if you’ve previously lived in Japan, we’d welcome you to apply.
  • We will help you with applying for a visa, but otherwise expect that you’ll otherwise be able to set up your life in Japan on your own (e.g. we’re unable to provide support with the housing search, opening a bank account, setting up a cell phone, etc.).
