Policies

Remote Work
  • You can work remotely.
  • We have no minimum requirement for days in the office (with exceptions for specific meetings/events depending on your team).
Holidays
  • Annual leave as prescribed by Japanese law
  • Saturdays, Sundays, and Japan's national holidays off
  • Sick leave (5 days off)
  • Maternity and paternity leave, and other childcare benefits in accordance with Japanese law
  • National holidays and New Year’s holidays.
  • Annual leave starts at 12 days per year, increasing annually (the exact initial number depends on which month you start in).
  • 5 days of sick leave.
  • 1 day of birthday leave.
  • Special leave for significant life events and bereavement.
Working Hours
  • In principle, you’ll work 8 hours a day (1 hour lunch break).
  • Flex with 11:00 - 15:00 core time.
Relocation Support
  • We are unable to sponsor visas currently.
