Technical cofounders

Two of our three co-founders have an engineering background and actively participate in product development on a daily basis. They contribute alongside our engineers through coding, reviewing, and testing.

International engineering team

Our engineering team is made up almost entirely of international people from places such as France, Belgium, US, China, India, Italy, New Zealand, and Nepal.

Working environment

  • The office is 3 minutes walk from Kojimachi station, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Japan.
  • Upon onboarding, you can choose your preferred development environment (Mac or Windows, PC, monitor, mouse, etc) within a certain budget.

Free Japanese lessons

Depending on your level of Japanese, you’ll be able to enroll in a Japanese lesson held onsite by inviting a teacher. We regard this as a necessary business skill, thus the lesson is done during business hours, and the firm fully covers the cost. The same would apply to non-native English speakers to take English classes.

Visa renewal support

When it is time to renew your visa, you don’t have to go to Immigration Bureau, since we’ll take care of the whole process with an external specialist.

Policies

Remote Work
  • Our work primarily takes place in the office to foster teamwork and creativity.
  • However, we do allow you to work from home some of the time (about 20 hours in a typical month). We provide free coffee and snacks.
Holidays
  • 15 days of paid leave after 6 months, increasing to 18 days after another year, and reaching a maximum of 21 days after 2.5 years.
  • 3 days of flexible holidays per year, which can be taken in half-day increments and used for any purpose.

Working Hours
  • We operate under a flextime system with no core hours.
  • Employees are free to decide their own start and end times each day.
  • As long as you meet the required total working hours for the month, you have full flexibility over your daily schedule.
