We are looking for a Senior Lead Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of Peatix as we redefine how people connect through shared experiences. This is a unique opportunity to lead product strategy at a time when AI is broadening what’s possible—from how we build products and uncover insights to how we improve user experiences and deliver value at scale.
In this role, you will own a high-impact product area and play a key role in defining our long-term vision, developing customer-centric strategies, and driving business outcomes. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Business, and contribute to the evolution of our product practice by exploring how AI can be utilized thoughtfully to improve decision-making, streamline workflows, and spark product innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the overall product strategy for Peatix in conjunction with the CEO, Strategy Office and Director of PM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product engineering & design, sales, marketing, and operations, to define and prioritize product roadmaps to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Lead and develop the product strategy by balancing user needs, business goals, and team capacity
- Drive the product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery and continuous improvement
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and practices (e.g. low/no-code prototyping, prompt engineering, data storytelling) to accelerate discovery, ideation, decision-making, and communication
- Analyze product performance using data and customer feedback, making data-driven decisions and adjusting the product roadmap as needed.
- Define and monitor success metrics, using data to inform decisions and iterate on the product and adjusting the product roadmap as needed.
- Conduct deep user and market research to uncover new opportunities
- Stay current with AI trends and explore practical applications to create value
- Communicate product vision and strategies to stakeholders, including senior management, partners, and customers
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in product management with a proven track record of launching successful products.
- Strong understanding of product development and launch processes, as well as experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with modern product development practices and use of AI-enabled tools in your workflow (e.g. for prototyping, writing, or analysis)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Comfortable engaging in technical conversations and collaborating with engineers to make trade-offs
- Self-starter mindset with a bias for action and accountability
