We’re looking for a bilingual Product Manager based in Tokyo who can own product strategy, execution, and go-to-market initiatives across Queri and future products currently in development.
You’ll work directly with the CEO and partner closely with the CTO, designers, engineers, creators, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define product direction, and bring products to market.
Success in This Role
Within your first year, you will help:
- Launch impactful product improvements and new features
- Improve user engagement, retention, and business performance metrics
- Build scalable product management processes
- Bring new products from concept to market
- Strengthen Queri’s position as a leading fan engagement platform connecting Japanese talent with global audiences
Responsibilities
- Own product planning, prioritization, and roadmap development
- Translate business goals and customer needs into product requirements and development plans
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to ship features and improvements on a regular cadence
- Conduct customer research, market analysis, and competitive research
- Help define and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Gather feedback from users, creators, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain clear product documentation and stakeholder communication
- Leverage AI tools to improve planning, research, execution, and decision-making
- Help establish scalable product processes as the company grows
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience launching and growing products in the Japanese market
- Business-level English and Japanese skills
- Strong understanding of product development and agile methodologies
- Experience working directly with software engineers and designers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and taking ownership beyond a traditional Product Manager role

Compensation
¥8,000,000 ~ ¥12,000,000 annually.
