As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will contribute to our core SaaS platform, LEEEP, across the entire development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Development and operation of LEEEP including the management dashboard, content distribution server, and analytics server.
- In the future, you will have the opportunity to take on a tech lead role, guiding and mentoring overseas engineers to drive innovation and growth within the team.
- Collaborate proactively with a small, high-performing team, sharing information, working with non-technical roles (PDM, CS), and identifying business solutions independently.
- Deliver high-value business outcomes quickly by selecting technologies and systems that balance technical and business needs, while prioritizing team impact over personal preferences and being flexible in handling diverse tasks.
Requirements
- Experience in developing and operating web applications on cloud platforms, regardless of programming language
- Business Japanese skills

- Experience of Golang, RDB (Amazon Aurora) and AWS (ECS, CDK, Terraform)
- Experience of React and TypeScript
- Experience in EC industry development

Compensation
¥7,000,000 ~ ¥12,000,000 annually.
