As a Tech Lead, you’ll help drive the transformation of the hotel industry by building and evolving our in-house products. You’ll split your time equally between hands on implementation and management tasks.
As we scale, we’re looking for someone who can take our engineering organization to the next level. That could mean improving reservation and check-in systems, advancing our operations platform, using data to increase efficiency, or launching new features that create better guest experiences.
In this role, you’ll have real ownership over architecture and technology decisions, and play a key part in shaping the direction of our services. You’ll work closely with leadership and see the direct impact of your work on business growth, while continuing to grow both technically and as a leader.

Responsibilities
- Design, development, and operation of in-house products
- Technology selection, architecture design, and requirements definition for new businesses and projects
- Promotion of team development using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Improvement of development processes and infrastructure such as CI/CD
- Support for data utilization and implementation of AI-driven features
- System operation, maintenance, and implementation of security measures
- Promotion of operational efficiency using generative AI
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in web application development
- Experience developing with frameworks
- Experience leading teams and/or projects
- Development experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience using AI for work (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Antigravity, etc.)
