About Treasure AI

Treasure AI Minato-ku, Tokyo

Treasure AI is the only enterprise Customer Data Platform that harmonizes an organization’s data, insights, and engagement technology stacks to drive relevant, real-time customer experiences throughout the entire customer journey.

Key benefits

  • Highly Technical Founders
  • Globally distributed company
  • Open Source is in our DNA

About the position

The Product Solution Architect (PSA) sits within the CTOO organization and serves as the company’s technical authority for solution design — scaling the architectural expertise previously held by R&D Leadership across the full go-to-market motion. You create and curate the reusable knowledge base, frameworks, and guidance that enable Solution Architects, Customer Success Engineers, and Sales Engineers to design effective solutions independently, without requiring direct CTO or R&D Leadership involvement.

This is a knowledge-multiplier role. You succeed not by solving individual problems, but by building the patterns and resources that let the field solve an entire class of problems confidently and consistently. At the same time, you remain a hands-on technical authority — the go-to escalation point for the most complex pre-sales and post-sales architectural scenarios.

The PSA role is defined by three overlapping lenses: Product (understanding platform capabilities and surfacing gaps), Solution (building solutions with the product, not building the product), and Architect (big-picture analysis and direction over implementation detail).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Maintain Knowledge Base:
    • Build a library of solution templates, best practices, and technical guides that align with product capabilities, enabling Solution Architects, Customer Success Engineers, and Sales Engineers to design effective solutions independently.
    • Regularly update resources to incorporate new product features and industry best practices, ensuring relevance and accessibility.
  • Consultation and Support for Internal Teams:
    • Provide architectural guidance to internal and external solution architects through technical workshops, training sessions, and consultations, fostering team autonomy in solution design.
    • Act as the go-to technical advisor for complex architectural scenarios.
  • Abstract Problems into Product Capabilities:
    • Identify recurring problems from internal teams (SE, SA, TAM, CSM) and abstract them into reusable product capabilities — not feedback, but problem redefinition.
    • Co-design solutions with Engineering; contribute to ERDs, design documents, and architectural decisions.
    • Ensure abstractions flow through Engineering to Product.
  • Standardize Solution Design:
    • Create and refine reusable architectural templates and frameworks to streamline internal solution development, ensuring consistency and scalability across projects.

Requirements

  • Both English and Japanese with business proficiency level.
  • Strong background in enterprise SaaS solution and software architecture, with a deep understanding of platform capabilities and constraints.
  • 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or a similar role in a SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in system integration, data processing, application design, and cloud-based architecture patterns; demonstrated experience creating reusable solution frameworks.
  • Proven ability to create and maintain technical documentation, solution templates, and architectural best practices guides that are adopted at scale by field teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, document, and communicate product limitations and customer needs as structured feedback that influences roadmap.
  • Strong consultative skills — comfortable advising SAs, CSEs, and SEs on complex technical architecture decisions and fostering their autonomy.
  • Effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences; able to explain architectural trade-offs clearly to both field practitioners and executive stakeholders.
