Responsibilities
- Act as the product expert in front of clients, bridging business needs and engineering execution.
- Analyze client workflows and requirements, and translate into clear technical and functional specs.
- Create client-ready high-level solution proposals and unblock technical objections in sales process.
- Validate implementation feasibility and cost, prioritize requirements, and come up with project schedule.
- Coordinate with client teams to ensure smooth onboarding, rollout, and post-go-live success.
- Typical time allocation: sales support 30%, requirement analysis and proposal 40%, solution design 30%.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of broader financial services industry, including workflows and data structures.
- Hands-on experience in large-scale system architecture and database design.
- Proven experience applying AI/ML models to solve real-world problems at scale
- Excellent solution design, proposal writing, and technical documentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently tackle complex issues.
- Self-motivated, client-oriented thinking, ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Fluent Japanese proficiency (client facing) with working-level English (internal communication)
Nice to haves

Compensation
¥7,000,000 ~ ¥11,000,000 annually.
