About the position

With the rapid rise of generative AI and other mid- to long-term AI-driven trends, new AI-powered businesses are being launched one after another. Since our IPO, we have been hiring over 100 people annually, making the expansion of our human resources essential. At the same time, we are working to adopt innovative recruiting methods and to further enhance the sophistication of our recruitment operations in order to improve both profitability and hiring competitiveness. In addition, we collaborate closely with HR planning to address organizational and personnel challenges identified through recruitment activities. To take on these increasingly complex and high-impact initiatives, we are seeking new team members to join us.

Beyond internal team transformation, we are also working in close collaboration with our generative AI and HRTech businesses to develop new services, simultaneously advancing the sophistication of our internal recruiting operations and contributing to overall business growth.

Initially, you will be responsible for recruitment for a specific business unit, working closely with the business leader to plan and execute hiring initiatives. Depending on your interests and career aspirations, we would also like you to gradually expand your scope to include the broader responsibilities of the entire recruiting team.

You will have opportunities to collaborate with business leaders, department heads, managers, and HR planning on initiatives such as the following. Proposals that contribute to broader organizational and HR systems are also welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Formulation of recruitment strategies and policies (e.g., portfolio planning across business units and levels, new graduate vs. mid-career hiring, and channel strategy)
  • Planning and coordination of recruiting team resources (headcount and budget)
  • Development and team building of recruiting team members
  • Advancement and standardization of recruiting operations (e.g., building dashboards to track recruiting CVR performance, leveraging generative AI to structure interview and review processes)
  • Enhancement of collaboration with corporate functions (e.g., automation of contract processes and onboarding data integration)
  • Organizational development: Proposing organizational structures and positions based on hiring needs and market trends, and coordinating non-recruitment approaches to address talent gaps
  • Talent development: Supporting onboarding for members you have hired, as well as mentoring and monitoring the development of junior employees

Requirements

  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment operations within an IT-related company, including planning and execution across multiple hiring channels (approximately 1–2 years or more)
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to support decision-making

Compensation

¥6,600,000 ~ ¥10,800,000 annually.
