Japanese co-founders, US headquartered

Our co-founders, Yoshi and Hitoshi, are originally from Japan. Yoshi brings a financial services background and Hitoshi a technical one (including as a contributor to PostgreSQL).

The company is headquartered in California, and is a globally fully remote distributed company with 230+ members in 25 countries. Now they’re turning their attention back on Japan, looking to build up a technical team there to work on the global product.

Remote Work
  • Globally distributed and fully remote.
Holidays
  • Annual paid leave
  • Japanese national holidays in principle, but you could alternatively choose a US holiday calendar.
Working Hours
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Depending on the role, you may need to work closely with other time zones in a reasonable frequency, but in principle you’ll follow Japanese business hours.
Relocation Support
  • We support visas for non-residents, but not relocation costs.
