DeepX automates heavy equipment machinery. Some of our key achievements are the automation of point-to-point operations of a mobile crane in cooperation with Tadano, one of the largest manufacturers of mobile cranes in Japan, and the automation of an excavator in cooperation with Fujita, one of the major general contractors. With our technology, we are addressing the problem of labor shortage, which is one of the most severe challenges in Japan.

DeepX is highly international, hosting engineers from both Japan and all over the world. Regular team and social events contribute to the collaborative atmosphere of the company. Policies

Remote Work
  • To allow individuals to work in the way they think is best, we permit remote work.
  • However, we also recognize the importance of meeting face-to-face as a team to work effectively, and we expect coming to the office with a certain frequency.
Holidays
  • Two days off per week
  • Year-end and New Year holidays
  • Annual paid leave that increases with tenure, with 10 days granted from the first day of employment in the first year.
  • Flexible public holidays. It is difficult to recharge during peak times like the Golden Week and Obon because of crowds or inflated prices. We treat public holidays as regular working days and instead, we allow our employees to take time off freely on other days as paid leaves.
Working Hours
  • As long as you can cover the total working hours of the month (8 hours times the number of business days in a month), you are free to choose your work start and end times.
  • However, for tasks that require the cooperation of the entire team, participation is generally required unless there is a special reason.
Relocation Support
  • For foreign employees coming to Japan for the first time, we provide an apartment on weekly basis for one month after their arrival and cover the entire rent.
