Anyone can talk and say whatever they want to anyone. This isn’t a company with a report to your direct manager mentality.

On average, employees work 2 to 3 hours of overtime per month.
Relocation support
If you’re not based in Japan yet, we’ll help you obtain a visa and provide a budget for relocation including airfare and housing setup fees (the exact details of this vary on a per candidate basis).
Support for improving your skills
We’ll cover the cost of attending any training courses required for work, provided you get approval from the department head.
An international and multicultural team
In our Product Strategy team, you’ll be using English. In the rest of the company, some Japanese company members speak English and many are actively studying it.
