Responsibilities
The following list are the main tasks of this position but we don’t want you to be restricted to only these, and would like you to also contribute widely to our company to achieve our team’s goal, “To help the people in our company to work efficiently and comfortably”.
- Maintaining and improving existing internal applications
- Developing new internal applications or processes to improve existing procedures
- Handling API integrations between systems
- Occasional help desk support for devices and services maintained by the Internal IT team
- Brainstorming ways to improve current processes and communicating often with members across the organization to better understand how they work
Requirements
- Proficiency in Typescript
- 1+ year of professional experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- 1+ year of professional experience with frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, or Svelte)
- Professional experience with unit/e2e testing frameworks (Jest, Vitest, Mocha, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Experience with backend development (Serverless architecture, GraphQL, SQL/NoSQL databases)
- Familiarity with GitHub or similar version control systems
- Passionate about helping others: Genuinely enjoys creating tools that help others and improve their work experience, valuing the impact of your work on colleagues over purely technical achievements.
- Self-directed and collaborative: Enjoys working independently and taking ownership of projects, while also comfortable communicating and gathering feedback from colleagues across the company.
- Inquisitive and adaptable: Curious about new technologies, eager to learn, and enjoys researching and exploring new technologies.
Nice to haves
While not specifically required, tell us if you have any of the following.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Amplify)
- Experience with Next.js app router (v13+)
Compensation
¥6,100,000 ~ ¥7,200,000 annually.
Our salary range is inclusive of English Allowance & Physical Communication Bonus - please check the details below, with the final amount determined based on your experience and skills.

Benefits
- English Allowance and Advanced Language Expert Allowance: JPY 10,000 ~ JPY 130,000 per month, paid alongside base salary, if the employee fulfills the requirements.
- Physical Communication Bonus: JPY 4,000 per day, applicable from October 2025 onwards, for coming to the office and interacting with other employees, paid out as bonus according to the number of days.
