Infostellar is the world’s first provider of cloud-based satellite ground segment services. As such, our team has created a unique and innovative solution based on our proprietary StellarStation™ platform.

We provide the flexibility to tailor ground station services to meet a wide variety of space mission applications, with scalability to serve single space vehicle missions up to large constellations of satellites flying in multiple orbital planes. We do all of this at a price that doesn’t break the bank.

Generous holiday package

We provide a base number of holidays that are guaranteed, along with an Open PTO that allows you to take off even more time if you need it. For example, one of our employees used the Open PTO policy to travel back to their home country for a month.

Policies

Remote Work
  • All employees work from a co-working space, which is located near Mitsukoshi-mae station, twice per month.
  • Some teams might meet up in person more often.
Holidays
  • New hires start with 12 days of sick leave and 3 days of annual leave
  • After 3 months, new hires are granted an additional 7 days of annual leave
  • Once your guaranteed leave days have been used up, you can take advantage of our Open PTO policy, where you can take as many days as you want as long as you coordinate with your manager an team to ensure there will be no issues with customer or work interruption.
Working Hours
  • We have a flextime schedule, with actual working hours decided by the Employee
  • In principle, we work 8 hours per day, have a one hour break, and core hours between 12:00 and 16:00
Relocation Support
  • We’ll sponsor your visa
  • Our relocation package includes your flight to Japan and two weeks of temporary accommodation
