As an engineer on our team, you will be part of every stage of development from concept to deployment. If you’re passionate about the user experience, want to be part of a group that works on very early-stage products, have the opportunity to shape them, and enjoy crafting robust, scalable, and maintainable services, we may be the team for you!
You will be working within a small, but effective engineering team and with your strong attention to detail you will help us to find the best solutions to important problems, always keeping the user in mind.
As our team grows, we’ll look to promote from within, and hope you’ll be able to take on the role of Vice President of Engineering.
Key Qualifications
- Passion for LanCul’s culture and values
- Experience of strong object-oriented programming and design, including JavaScript, web-standards, and modern frameworks.
- Experience with cloud services, such as AWS
- Capable of clearly communicating complex analyses to a non-technical audience, including extensive experience presenting to leadership groups
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently, raise issues and take corrective action
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Collaborate with, mentor, and influence members within your team and across other teams at LanCul.
Welcomed Qualifications
- Fluency in SQL for data access, manipulation, and validation
- Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end web technologies (HTTP, AJAX, XML, Javascript, CSS etc).
- Aptitude to independently learn new technologies

11am to 8pm
